Non Profit Fundraising Ideas

I am researching non-profit laws for my sister company in Las Vegas, Nevada.
We are in the process of becoming a 501(c)3 which relates to education.
The sister company specializes in the offering low cost computer and websites for the the Scouting community (Scouting referring to=Girl/Boy Scouts). We also offer digital and non digital scouting resources.
My question is:
What fundraising ideas could you suggest for me? And what low-cost advertising within the paramaters of the non profit laws.
