Desktop Support Opportunity

Hi,
I have just joined Techvibes and I''m looking for an intermediate Desktop Support person. This is a 6 month contract which has a very good chance at rolling into a permanent position.
It is a large Windows enviornment supporting primarily PC''s with about 12 MacIntosh computers to support as well. This person will be responsible for providing internal customer support for a PC and Mac environment. The successful candidate will provide both first and second level support, including: patches and driver updates; configuring, deploying and supporting new PCs/laptops; troubleshoot and resolve applicable software and hardware issues; and general networking protocols.
