Should I keep this on my resume?

I am trying to decide if I should put down a job that I only stayed for 5 months on my resume. If I leave it out I have a gap, and HR will question me anyway, but if I keep it I look like a job hopper.
That was my second job, I stayed at my first job for 5 years, and I quitted this second job for a one year contract work in a foreign country. Although I didn''t get to do much for this job, it''s relevant experience. What would you do if you were me?

I'd leave it on my resume. Ppl have summer jobs that are 2-4 months long on their resumes. No worries.
