Worst Hosting Company Ever

Anyone ever used Webserve? Then you know what I'm talking about. They have no service, and then, if you do ever get in touch with someone, they don't know anything and say they'll push off your job to a tech manager, whom you also never hear from. And if you want to cancel and move to a real hosting company, it takes weeks and weeks of back and forth and there's no way to back up your DB, and oh my god I hate that company so much.
Anyone else have a webserve horror story?

Lol. You are not the only one who dislikes them. They advertise money back gurantee but it took them months and probably 6 phone calls before I actually saw a credit on my statement.
It was confirmed by email that I wanted to cancel but when I called nobody knew about it.
I understand things can happen but that was ridiculous .
