Wow, it''s been a while

This site has changed since I was last here. I like the new interface for posting... still heavy on the eyes with so much packed into the real estate of my monitor, but being somewhat familiar with the site already certainly makes it do-able.
So, I''ve just got my site updated to Web2.0 and RSS ready. I''d love any feedback or comments, particularly if you experience any problems. You can find my site at
One Man Can - HERE
The best part about this update is now I won''t have these constant back and forth headaches from all these different blogs that I''ve kept over the years. Now I can start centralizing and making life a little more bearable. Right? [;)]
Guess what else? I''ve begun doing other projects too. You''ll see that from the site if you visit. But what of my my personally exciting and rewarding projects is with a bunch of guys called
iXLD who are developing
XLSuite.
Now don''t get me wrong, I''m not much of one to get excited about the technical process. I get excited about the vision. I am a community builder and the technology here was used to develop the site
Live In Strathcona. I see this as a great method for building community.
I''m experiencing resistance or something. I''ve been walking the Strathcona neighbourhood, meeting associations for residents, business, and community, and sharing the gem - the site with interactive discussion boards, event calendars, etc., and how it can be used for the community.
What do you suppose is causing people to be so resistant?
And better still-
Are visitors trying to use it but experiencing a problem that we''re not hearing about?
I need to share this and hear some feedback, so jump in.
It will also be very nice to see who else is here from the old days. I''ve been quiet in the online communities for a considerable time.
It''s nice to be back.
Cheers, Lee

He Lee good to see you, virtually ;) I haven't been on TV much lately, so busy growing out clubZone. It is like a walk down memory lane every time I come over here hehe
When is there going to be a Techvibes event again? They should call it Techvibes Reunion or some sort so we can see all the old faces, find out how long Dick Hardt's hair is now, etc.
