How to develop product in agile way?

It is important to make out the agile business model rather than concept spreading. In my view, the Project mangement Intelligence (PMI) just like breezing children (here is software products), In traditional PMI, like Microsoft, raised his children in the greenhouse backyard, When the children grew as the plan, they were alive and became the egged hens, all others were killed because of they can''t meet the plan. In agile PMI, like Google, raised his children on the internet since they are born (DNA design), all internet visitors rear them and affect their growth, nobody know what the children will be when they grow up, when they can make money, Google will declare he is the parents of them and become ask the profits from them.

So the software business will not be product, RD and sales, it is a life can grow. How to raise it by comprising between the developer, manager, purchaser and investor? What''s the financial model for the lifecycle period? What''s the collaboration model for traditional and agile PM?
