How to find a job that can meet former IT/MIS work experience in Vancouver

I had more than 10 years hardware/software work experience before I came to Canada. I am familiar with how to install, troubleshoot and maintain PCs'' hardware/software issues. At the same time, I had applications coding, testing, installing and training experience too. But it seems a little bit difficult to find a job that can meet my former work experience in Vancouver. Does anyone can give me a direction or advice to find a job that can develop my former IT/MIS experience? Very appreciate for your information.
