Computer Reseller Advice Please

I''m new to the lower mainland and am looking for a reputable reseller that can assemble a workstation where I can provide a configuration from components I''ve selected. I''ve done some research and heard NCIX was good (at least for prices), but I''m finding their service to be spotty/incompetent/shady - to the point that I''m not sure I can trust these guys any more.
If anyone can reassure me that they are indeed reputable, or if someone can recommend a decent place where I can get some decent customer service with reasonable prices, then I would appreciate your comments.

I have always had good service from Sprite Computers in Surrey.
