Icon Designer Needed

I work for a Vancouver based software company that is looking to upgrade icons for the new release of one of it's products. We are currently seeking bids on this project from North American companies and individuals that have experience with icon creation and can meet our completion date of August 1, 2008. Please note, we are not looking for web developers or web services. This is strictly an icon design project.
Specifications:
• approx 50 icons (more to be created down the line)
• PNG (transparent)
• 32 bit format
• 24/32/48/64 icon ramp
• Compliant with Vista icon guidelines
