Social Media & Web Intelligence tool?

Hello,

Does anyone know of a good software or SaaS sollution for social media and web intelligence? Basically i''m looking for a tool that lets me search for key words like our brand and have it generate results on how many conversations within a date range are occuring with the key word/phrase and a link to those conversations.

Any suggestions or thoughts? Even knowledge of a company that may track these things for us??
