Is there any local online CRM Company in Vancouver? Seeking the best online CRM program

Hello there,

I am a small business (personal coaching) located in Vancouver Canada and I am looking for an online CRM program to use among 3 or 4 users.

What I am looking for is a program that will serve as a customer/prospect database where we can track future clients/leads as well as make detailed notes as they come to our existing repeat customers. As well, I would like to either have the email conversations recorded through the program and I would also like to be able to send newsletters and marketing campaigns through the program.

Ideally, people can sign up to the newsletter through an online form and the rest of the information can be included at the same time or later.

Are there any that are locally developed? What about recommendations? I am aware of a few of the big ones, like salesforce.com they it seems too expensive and too much for my needs, yet I don't know if they can do email marketing well.
