Job posting: Looking for flash help

We got two things we're looking for: Basic and advanced.

What do I mean by that? Well, first of all my partner and I have very limited Flash understanding (maybe Flash wouldn't even be the right architecture in the end) but what we need is first:

Basic: A flash template which we can use over and over again. I think it should be pretty simple to do but we will need you to make the template, teach us how to modify it each time for each implementation, and then away we will go.

Advanced: Our idea could definitely grow legs, we think, and in which case we'd be looking at taking this concept of ours and turning it into SAAS. Don't know what architecture you'd recommend (Flash, Flex, Java, Rails..) but this is where your expertise will come in.

Basic premise is that media (pictures and video) is displayed and chapter markers are graphically represented.
