Who's a good online copyright lawyer?

We have an ecommerce site which we have been working on for years, and is our full time business. Website is Kxwheels.com. Recently we discovered, a local competitor, copied pretty much everything, layout, text pictures to create, www.pacificcoastwheels.com. Do we have any legal remedies? Can anybody refer a Copyright lawyer. Even the prices are the same. Do we have any copyright laws when it comes to online material?

This is a great question. As copyright is no good but to file a case you must have registered your content. If then your content like logo etc will be copied you may file case. So you may be confirm for the copyright otherwise you may be in problem.

Did your competitor change there site? I just had a look at both site and there's not really any 'Copyright' type similarites there. Yes they are selling the same thing but so are several other sites. Stores can sell the same stuff at the same price there's no laws against that.

Also if something is copied word for word then you would only have a case if you registered your content as copyright before they made a copy about it. In any case if they did copy something exact like a logo, the first step is to contact them and tell them to remove it. If they don't then you can seek legal action, if they do remove then the case is closed.
