Web development help

I am working on version 2.0 of my nightlife web portal RozzvilleMansion.com I have downloaded the software that serves as the back bone for what I am trying to set up which is a myspace like website. However I took a few looks at this web language and I am just lost. I can follow the first two steps but after that I am clueless.

What I am looking for is for someone in my area who I can have consult me on how to set up what I am trying to do via the net or phone. College students looking to build there portfolio are encouraged to contact me for this.
