Account Manager

We’re looking for an Account Manager who’s dedicated to developing lasting client relationships. You must be able to work closely with our clients to ensure that each product is badass. You understand the importance of client communication and are able to effectively relay information between the team and our clients.

THE MUST HAVES

  • 2+ years of account management or other relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects at a given time
  • High organizational skills
  • A confident and outgoing personality

  • Extensive project management experience
  • inDesign skills
  • Experience working in the tech sphere
  • Understand design & development speak

THE JOB

  • Function as the main point of contact for most client-related matters
  • Work with the team to guarantee the timely and successful delivery of client deliverables
  • Build strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Work with our operations team to organize schedules and budgets for each project
