This role will be responsible for but not limited to:
:::General Liaison and Promotions:::
Assist with managing ongoing relationship with a number of health organisations (eg. HA, physicians, MOH, etc)
Be prepared to undertake out-of-town activities and projects if required
Some projects may be internal – pursue these with the same vigour as we would with external projects.
:::Application Support:::
Where users report bugs, or request enhancements, collect required information and attempt to reproduce
Write either a bug report to developers, or a specification for an enhancement
Train the trainers on new functionality
Create content (e.g. database queries using our query tool)
Design forms
Communicate with customers on the status of the issues; act as internal customer advocate with development if necessary
:::Business Analysis and Specification:::
Undertake business analysis, liaison and discussion of requirements with organisations using Intrahealth software
Write systems specifications documents for developers that translate user requirements into a document against which developers can work
Update the specification documents during development to ensure that by the end of the development phase, document and functionality match
Undertake basic testing that functionality works as required prior to handing over for formal testing
Work with testers to develop test scripts and processes to ensure high quality deliverables
Work with the Technical Writer to ensure appropriate end user documentation, or for technical items, adequately self document
:::Internal Activities:::
Participate in Internal Process improvement activities to help Intrahealth improve its operations
Participate in prioritisation of activities
Have input into strategic product development and prioritisation to ensure that products are meeting customers current and future needs
