Do you consider yourself an expert Business Analyst in the areas of Business Redesign, Organizational Workflow Analysis, and Change Management?

We are on the lookout for an experienced and talented BA to join a “Canadian Success” based in Downtown Vancouver. You will bring your strong business case building and problem solving skills to the table to become an effective and positively-contributing member of the BA team to help ensure overall business success. You will be charged with performing the ‘typical’ BA roles encompassing understanding business challenges, developing business cases, problem solving in JAD sessions, defining requirements, acting as a liaison between business and IT, and contributing to requirements engineering processes and procedures.

You will be the type of person who strives for a health work-life balance as well enjoys being continuously challenged and excited by problem solving. Additionally, the successful candidate will also have:

  • 3 - 5 years as BA experience in the software development industry with a successful track record of completed projects from requirements through implementation.
  • Experience with financial related systems
  • Solid experience developing ROI models and business cases
  • Knowledge and technical expert with understanding of data modeling. Client/server architectures and object-orientated approaches
  • Expert in the areas of business redesign, organizational workflow analysis, and change management
