Our vision is to empower every business to create better marketing experiences. After almost five years in operation we now sit on a substantial collection of data that could help us achieve this vision, but today we lack the tools and resources to do so. Too often we find ourselves relying on instinct in cases where a data-supported decision would be better. We subscribe to lean startup principles but we know that we need to do a much better job of measurement, from our marketing funnel, to our customer onboarding, through to product usage and more. We know that our data could provide inspiring discoveries and “a-ha” moments, leading to new products and services, but we haven’t created the environment that would allow this serendipity to flourish.
Tackling this challenge is a great opportunity for either a technologist looking to move into a leadership role, or a business intelligence leader who likes to get their hands dirty.
