Our client is looking for an entry level Help Desk I Call Center Representatives. An interest in IT is important but depth of IT help desk experience is not required. Fresh graduates and/or people in career transitions are welcome. It's a call centre environment with production targets with "time to close" measurements. Fit is a "great phone voice" with a pleasant customer service attitude who doesn't want to delve into solving a IT problem. They must read and follow the documentation and processes of our Client exactly. They will talk a Client's employee through the problems step by step via the phone. Clear diction, patience and the ability to communicate are essential requirements. System Administrators would be over qualified. They must be a "quick study" and get along well with other team members in an open environment.
