You will create and distribute valuable and compelling content that attracts and engages our target audience, ultimately acquiring subscribers to the Radialpoint brand. You will educate the market on our vision and our products, through persuasive content that will inform the audiences’ point of view and generate demand for our products. All the while you will be raising Radialpoint’s public profile and increasing brand value. The candidate who can knock this role out of the park most likely thinks of themselves as one part digital marketer and one part journalist/story teller – and you are awesome at both.
Develop and execute a Content Marketing strategy that drives customer action
You will own the content marketing strategy with the focus of creating, and distributing, valuable and compelling content to attract, acquire, and engage our target audience. Your content will be instrumental in delivering our online customer acquisition targets.
Tell the Radialpoint story and acquire subscribers to our brand
You absolutely love (we mean really love) to tell great stories, you’re an amazing writer, and you understand how and when to use different mediums (i.e. social media, blog posts, infographics, ebooks, online videos, customer interviews and case studies, etc). Your content will educate our target audience on how to solve some of the toughest problems they’re facing, building a valuable relationship with the Radialpoint brand in the process.
Develop tactical content that drives customers through the funnel
In addition to being a great writer and communicator you’re well versed in online marketing tactics. Working side by side with the Product Managers, you will develop the customer acquisition journey from initial awareness to actually using the products, developing the required content at different stages.
Leverage the organization and external sources to accelerate content development
You will create new content ideas and develop original content, which includes conducting research, interviewing Radialpoint experts, and interviewing customers and external industry experts, to gather data and new insights. In addition, you’ll drive even more engagement by also leveraging a combination of sponsored, curated and syndicated content.
Be Radialpoint’s lead blogger and social strategist
You are an expert at using social media to find new followers, and know how to leverage a single piece of content in different forms across different channels. You’ll use this experience to deliver new insights through Radialpoint’s blog and social channels with a consistent voice and tone for the company.
Define and measure content marketing objectives
You are a firm believer in data driven marketing. A key part of your role will be to set the Content Marketing KPIs, measure the impact of various initiatives, and provide accurate reporting to make decisions on how to prioritize future content initiatives.
- You have 5+ years of experience, with 3+ years in a marketing content role, and experience within a technology company (or agency experience with technology projects).
- You have a portfolio of great B2B and Consumer content to show, with measurable results you can speak to.
- Your solid understanding of using digital content analytics to make sound decisions including web analytics, email analytics, and social analytics sets you apart from your peers.
- You can manage the on-time delivery of projects with multiple deliverables, and you have experience with managing external resources, which includes external copywriters, designers, and producers.
- You love the challenge of a fast moving, iterative, startup environment.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related major.

Our total rewards package!
This includes a competitive base salary along with an annual bonus based on individual employee performance. Three weeks of vacation to start with additional time off with pay from December 24 to January 1. Employees also get 10 sick days and 5 parental obligation days.
