- Optimize the conversion rates of our core KPIs on unbounce.com.
- Optimize the landing pages we use for all of our marketing campaigns.
- Work proactively to identify new opportunities for optimization.
- Work side by side with Oli Gardner to develop and validate new Conversion Centered Design principles.
- Build an Unbounce CRO strategy to make the marketing team more effective.
- And most importantly you will be a pleasure to work with and will contribute to our awesome culture!

- You have a proven track record of successful A/B tests.
- You know landing page best practices while also believing that best practices are only a starting point.
