Customer Application Support Specialist

Job Summary

The Customer Support Specialist (CSS) responsible for supporting our clients’ use of the Talent Technology Web-based service as well as logging new feature requests and product enhancements. A key responsibility is to ensure client’s inquiries are addressed in a knowledgeable way and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

•Respond to inbound client inquiries via phone and email in accordance with the Company’s published service levels expectations
•Track client inquiries in the client management system and provide weekly reporting on inquiry volumes and types.
•Work with the Services and Product Management teams to ensure client inquiries and system issues are addressed and resolved in a timely, quality manner.
•Work with Services and Documentation teams to define and develop training programs and tools/materials for clients.
•Contribute to product planning programs and product reviews.
•Work with the Services team on various client and internal projects as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications and/or Skills

•Inquiry responsiveness and resolution cycle times
•Client satisfaction levels
•The ability to understand business processes, particular for Corporate Human Resources and Recruitment
•Knowledge of recruiting systems and technologies preferred; knowledge of CRM, SFA and ERP systems helpful
•Results oriented
•Proven relationship management skills (team and clients)
•Excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent listener
•Excellent problem solving skills, highly motivated and adaptable
•Solid understanding of Web-based recruiting or similar applications, as well as PC configuration/setup
•Understand email applications and capabilities
•The ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to Internet Explorer and the Internet

Education: Degree in Business an asset

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service function
