We have a huge addressable market that is looking for a great product like Clio. We're looking for a Customer Success Representative to help us continue to grow, and fast.
A CSR is the first point of contact for customers at Clio. They are responsible for following up on all leads arriving via web, email, phone, and chat, provide user support, and for delivering an exceptional onboarding experience to all accounts.
Exceptional product knowledge and organization are important qualities for success in this position. In-depth knowledge of Clio’s features and functionality will help convey the product value proposition to new customers to drive maximum engagement and minimize customer attrition.
Daily activities will include organizing, qualifying and categorizing leads using Salesforce; fielding customer inquiries; providing initial product support in response to customer inquiries; proactively intervening with accounts in need of support, or at risk of churn; and working to provide the most exceptional customer onboarding experience in the cloud.
- Qualify all inbound trials through conflict searching, web searches and phone or email conversations.
- Coach new and existing customers on the power of Clio
- Respond by phone, email, web and chat regarding product and support inquiries
- Keep the rest of the Clio team well-informed of user feedback and requests
- Investigate advanced customer issues and coordinate resolution with the rest of the Clio support team
- Work closely with all departments to help ensure an exceptional customer experience
To succeed as an Customer Success Representative at Clio you should:
- Be technically proficient. We sell software!
- Understand our systems. We use Salesforce, Google, Zendesk and other online tools to manage our workflow.
- Help your team be better. Customer Success Reps work closely with account executives, marketing, support, and other stakeholders.
