We're looking to add agents to our unparalleled customer support team in our Toronto office. We want you to help us reach our goal of providing an exceptional service experience. In addition to being highly organized and technically strong, the ideal candidate will be a consummate people-person with an outgoing personality and a keen interest in helping our customers get the most out of Clio.

You'll help highly-educated pros use much-loved software for small law firms and independent legal professionals. Our customers range from public defenders, civil rights activists, students providing access to justice services for underserved communities all the way up to high-profile attorneys. The industry needs a truly excellent, market-leading product and Clio delivers. We're solving difficult problems and scaling a web application that thousands upon thousands of attorneys use every single day.

Here's what you'll need to do:

  • Coach new and existing customers on the power of Clio
  • Respond by phone, email and Twitter to support inquiries and suggestions
  • Keep the rest of the Clio team well-informed of user feedback and requests
  • Investigate advanced customer issues and co-ordinate resolution with the rest of the Clio team

You should have:

  • An ability to contribute to Clio’s customer support and tutorial resources;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • A fun, outgoing, engaging personality
  • Patience, and an ability to empathize with users and see our product from their perspective
  • Experience in a customer contact, support, sales or training capacity
  • Proficiency working in Windows and/or Mac operating environments

Serious bonus points if you:

  • Have experience working with web-based/SaaS applications
  • Are familiar with Legal or other professional service industries
  • Can work flexible hours
