Our client is a fast growing provider of wireless telecommunications services. We seek a Data Network Engineer with 2 to 4 years of related industry experience to analyze traffic stats on the data and GPRS network, define data technology roadmap for the network operation, support the feasibility studies and issue reports for every new service/product in cooperation with the commercial department with a set of recommendations as well as an implementation plan if applicable.
Other responsibilities include carrying out technical studies and analyzing with the technology team new technical initiatives and frequently update the network status and/or enhancement proposals, participate with the Operations Department in contracts management and in following up the frame agreements application, provide technical support to various functions of the technical department, resolve technical problems related to data, study and implement solutions to accommodate the needs of different departments, study the different Software Releases proposed by suppliers from a technical and commercial perspective, and support the Operations team in defining and continuously updating the periodic unified Quality of Service reporting templates.
