Our client is a fast growing provider of wireless telecommunications services. We seek a Manager - Data Network Analysis with 8 to 10+ years of related industry experience, management and leadership of a traffic analysis department for data / GPRS networks.
Main duties and responsibilities include studying the different Software Releases proposed by suppliers from a technical and commercial perspective, supporting the procurement department in purchase orders validation, creating and/or update common technical specs and design/dimensioning guidelines for Fixed, Core & Transmission network, establishing feasibility studies and issuing reports for every new service/product in cooperation with the commercial department with a set of recommendations as well as an implementation plan if applicable.
Other responsibilities include resolving technical problems related to date, monitoring the ongoing projects of the department, analyzing statistics on the Data and GPRS network, providing technical support to various functions of the technical department, assigning IP addresses for machines placed on the network, studying and implementing solutions to accommodate the needs of different departments, administering systems and TCP / IP and GPRS networks.
