Overview
Vision Critical has an immediate opening for a Manager of Deliverability and ISP Relations who will be responsible for process improvement, education and evangelizing best practices around market research email communication with respect to SPAM prevention. In a nutshell, we need you to ensure we deliver our email messages quickly and accurately!
Responsibilities
• Provide a strategy for successful email strategy and provide recommendations on an ongoing basis for system enhancements
• Maintain relationship with industry groups leading initiatives in the field of email deliverability and compliance.
• Maintain relationships with large email suppliers such as AOL, Yahoo and Hotmail to ensure deliverability of email
• Work with R&D to ensure SPAM best practices, such as opt-outs, are managed effectively as well as lead initiatives to implement other responsible email projects.
• Work with other departments in Vision Critical to improve processes around email.
• Work with IT to define and implement technologies to help ensure email delivery.
• Register and maintain Vision Critical internet properties with various “white lists” such as TrustE etc.
• Maintain relationships with various ANTI-SPAM list providers, and work to ensure that Vision Critical internet properties stay off of from these lists.
• Other duties as required.
Requirements
• Minimum two-five years of experience with email delivery and relationship management with anti-spam groups
• Strong knowledge of CAN-SPAM, other legislation & best practices with respect to bulk email.
• Direct experience with email delivery and relationship management with anti-spam groups
• Post secondary degree or equivalent
• Highly effective communicator - written and verbal
• Demonstrated history of delivering completed projects
