Rubikloud is looking for someone to lead, design, and oversee the development of a critical component of the Rubikloud platform. This role will focus on the features and functionality of the offline retail component of our platform. This includes, but is not limited to working with data sources such as point of sale solutions and customer loyalty information. You will work closely with the CTO, CPO, and other stakeholders within the Rubikloud organization. You will also work closely with the CEO and key executives at customers and partners to evangelize and develop this component of the Rubikloud platform.

You can be expected to:

  • Own and manage the product roadmap for a significant portion of the Rubikloud retail platform
  • Identify business opportunities and organize stakeholders across the Rubikloud organization towards the product roadmap
  • Design, develop, and manage large projects, feature requests, and customer requests
  • Research, document, and understand key user stories, use cases, and customer success paths
  • Design and plan a path to integrate the product into the larger Rubikloud retail platform
  • Work closely with customers and partners to identify and field future and current feature requests

To be awesome in your role, you should have/be:

  • 5+ years enterprise software product management
  • 5+ years experience in large retail organizations
  • STEM degree from recognized university (Undergraduate or Masters)
  • Experience managing Agile development methodologies
  • Proven track record of shipping value added early stage SaaS products
  • Significant experience communicating with C-level staff and managing large scale projects
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Storm, NoSQL

Nice to haves:

  • Large scale retail consulting project experience (i.e Nielsen, IBM Consulting, Dunnhumby, etc)
  • Significant experience with tools such online analytics and offline business intelligence tools (i.e Adobe Omniture, IBM Cognos)
