Required Skills & Experience:

Demonstrated ability to work well in a closely knit team
Strong organizational and communication skills
Passionate about Twitter, Facebook and other social web apps
Ability to adapt to change and flourish in a dynamic environment
A positive attitude + ability to excel under pressure


Build consultative relationships with C level executives throughout the United States and Canada, while accelerating through the HootSuite sales process
Help organizations achieve their Social Media goals
Manage and expand your own account territory via cold call / emails efforts
Work in tandem with Sales Executives to develop and execute prospecting plans, in your territory (run your own business!)
Maintain customer & prospect information in our internal CRM system (SalesForce)

Bonus Assets:

Degree/Diploma in Business or related field Experience in B2B lead prospecting (outbound calls)
Fluency in a second language
Previous sales experience
