Enterprise Sales Manager

As the Manager of HootSuite’s Enterprise Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and coaching a high performing Account Executive team to support sales generation in Large Enterprises (Revenue 500M - 10B).

Responsibilities:

  • Management of up to 10 team members
  • Training, Coaching and Performance Assessment
  • Tactical day-to-day leadership
  • Developing a high performing team that overachieves its sales goals, establishes strong client relationships and builds team tenure
  • Driving and supporting attainment of both individual and team sales quotas
  • Build relationships within the client and prospect base within the District
  • Executive sponsor on large sales opportunities
  • Establish relationships with Solution Providers in the District

Skills & Experience:

  • Competencies generally associated with a B.S. Degree in Business or equivalent industry experience
  • Salesforce.com experience
  • SaaS software sales experience
  • Strong background in social business at a management level
  • Experience and understanding of various sales methodologies used
  • Ability to successfully influence direct reports, peers and senior leadership
  • Collaborative and team spirited; respectful of and values others' contributions
  • Entrepreneurial, creative, big thinker who can embrace change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong business acumen, professional presence, ethics and high integrity
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
