Overview

Hootsuite is seeking a dynamic and eager IT helpdesk technician who has a passion for technology and possess exemplary customer service skills. Your challenge; should you choose to accept it, will be to offer first line local support for a 20+ user, voice and data network in a predominantly Mac environment. Secondly, you will help support a 700+ user environment around the globe as need. You must have a positive disposition and a natural curiosity for solving problems.


Required Skills & Experience

2+ years relevant experience in a voice and data networking environment

Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal

Able to work independently and prioritize tasks

Detail oriented and organized; able to understand information systems and ensure accuracy of work

 


Responsibilities

Document and manage APAC helpdesk ticket queue and assist with assigned tickets from other regions

Must be able to interpret user comments, identify problems and provide timely resolutions

Prioritize user requests and escalate critical issues to senior team members.

Responsible for new and departing user maintenance

Serve as the first line of support for Google Apps and Mac issues.

Assists is any ad-hoc projects
