Who You Are...

 

You are a dynamic and eager IT Help Desk tech who has a passion for technology and possess exemplary customer service skills. Your challenge if you choose to accept it, will be to offer first line local support to 900+ user, voice and data network in a predominantly Mac environment. Secondly, you will help support a 900+ user environment around the globe as need. You must have a positive disposition and a natural curiosity for solving problems.


You’re Great at..

  • Documenting and managing helpdesk ticket queue.
  • Interpreting user comments, identify problems and provide timely resolutions
  • Prioritizing user requests and escalate critical issues to senior team members.
  • New and departing user maintenance
  • Being the first line of support for Google Apps and Mac issues.
  • Assisting in any ad-hoc projects
  • Understanding information systems and ensure accuracy of work
