But for us to grow at the rate we want we need another key component – an Inside Sales Beast! We need a focused “A-Gamer” who can pound the phones and is skilled at selling an innovative product to senior & C-level prospects.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Inside Sales Representative we are looking for has a passion and commitment to reach the right people, grab their attention, and tell our story. You will need to be highly self-motivated, decisive, and nimble, and be completely pumped to work with our integrated sales & marketing team and grow this company! You will be an integral part of our company and have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role

NOTE: Kelowna stationed preferred but not necessary. We will consider remote office for the right candidate.

Job Description

• Cold calling and marketing into assigned markets and closing business
• Identify qualified prospects and follow up on new and existing leads
• Qualified prospect buying cycle management
• Timely and accurate activity & opportunity forecasts
• Maintain customer activity and prospect records in Salesforce CRM
• Do whatever it takes to drive the business forward!

Desired Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience with demonstrated results
• A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding quota - you've managed sales cycles with the finesse and ferocity of someone driven to succeed
• Team selling skills – preferably experience managing and selling project based services contracts through both a direct and indirect business model
• Demonstrated experience selling service contracts into the senior executive level
• Experience closing business exclusively virtually over the phone and online
• Skilled in conducting targeted presentations to diverse teams using web conferencing tools
• Proven skills with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft’s Office suite
• VERTICALS – Experience with selling into mid-market Software or Alberta Oil & Gas would be a MAJOR asset.
