Intermediate Software Developer

The Intermediate Software Developer is responsible for software development and report creation.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

• Engaged in all aspects of the software development lifecycle
• Responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing software applications
• Analyze and troubleshoot program code and correct errors as required
• Provide software documentation both in program code and externally

Skills:

• Extensive front end web development skills using the following Microsoft technologies: Themes, Master pages, Skins
• Excellent knowledge of AJAX and frameworks such as anthem.NET
• Experience in any Object-Relational mapping frameworks like NHibernate
• Background in ASP.NET 4.0 development with C#
• Strong Database development skills in a SQL Server database environment
• Experience in object-oriented design and analysis
• Strong SQL Server troubleshooting skills such as performance issues and database tuning
• Exceptional communication skills including verbal, documentation and presentation
• Ability to think creatively
• Localization/Globalization implementation knowledge
• Automotive industry background a huge asset

Education:

• Certificate, diploma or degree in Computer Science

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years software development experience
• 3-5 years development experience in ASP.NET 4.0, WCF
