| TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST |
Job Description: Provide accounting services to customers, vendors and staff by diagnosing and resolving billing errors; following up on delinquent accounts (AR); ensuring all payments are authorized and accurately processed (AP); and general office administration.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Responding to phone and online help desk requests from clients.
- Escalating support requests to appropriate IT Services and Infrastructure teams.
- Monitoring and escalating system alerts.
- Keeping knowledgebase and system documentation current.
- As required, contribute to project work and documentation.
- Be aware of the company's policy on information security and to take whatever actions may from time to time be required of him or her under the terms of the company's Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Qualifications:
- Self starter that meets deadlines, multi-tasks, sets and achieves measurable goals.
- Excellent oral and written communication and client/staff relations management skills required.
- You are willing to work extra and odd hours to achieve goals.
- High level understanding of Managed Hosting Services and Hosting Automation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Diploma in IT Services (or equivalent).
- 2+ years of system administration experience with Windows/Linux.
- Customer service training preferred.
- ITIL Foundations preferred.
Compensation:
- Competitive Salary.
