As a Support Coach…
You’ll be working with a like-minded team, firing ideas and solutions back and forth as often as Nerf darts and plush balls (yes... we have both and more).
You’ll be answering questions online or on the phone, providing guidance for our ever-expanding customer base. You’ll be their friend, teacher, and guide – you know that great customer service is just as important as a great product.
