You’re a natural teacher. You had no problem showing Mom how to use the computer and actually got excited for her when she figured out how to send her first email.

You’re an outgoing, friendly, and positive person that thrives in a fast-paced environment. People can hear your smile over the phone. You like working with others to develop solutions and hate getting bogged down in paperwork.

Despite your social nature, you definitely have an “Inner Geek” and tend to spend a lot of time online. You’re well-versed in HTML, are comfortable with web communication, and know quite a bit about random computer stuff like setting up email, modifying images, and more.

As a Support Coach…
You’ll be working with a like-minded team, firing ideas and solutions back and forth as often as Nerf darts and plush balls (yes... we have both and more).

You’ll be answering questions online or on the phone, providing guidance for our ever-expanding customer base. You’ll be their friend, teacher, and guide – you know that great customer service is just as important as a great product.

Requirements

  • Strong command of the English language, written and verbal
  • Great telephone presence
  • Typing speed of 50+ wpm
  • Strong knowledge of the web and computers
  • Familiarity with search engine optimization
