On behalf of our large enterprise client TRS Contract Consulting Group is currently searching for a Secure Connectivity Specialist for a permanent full-time position in Vancouver. YOU have excellent communication skills. YOU are CCNA Certified and YOU have worked with an ISP in the past.
Responsibilities include:
• Configuration and customer support for: Juniper/NetScreen, Sonicwall (firewall, VPN and routing), Netopia, D-link
• Configure and customer support for Cisco enterprise routers and switches
• Provide overflow support for other service delivery areas as needed
• Manage contact with various resellers and customers
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely delivery and effective implementation of new products and services
• Handle very technical issues with often frustrated customers
Qualifications:
• Solid knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPN technology
• Solid knowledge of DSL
• Solid experience with the above named devices; minimum 3 years experience in an Internet or IT business
• Previous experience with an ISP
• CCNA or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge and experience with Internet and networking products and services
