Our client is a fast growing wireless telecommunications services provider. We are seeking a Billing and CRM Manager to join their team.
Billing and CRM Manager will manage a group of Billing and CRM Supervisors and Specialists. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Application and Software you will select and implement an effective CRM solution as well as build policies and procedures to coincide with billing / collection best practices. You will manage and monitor proper functionality and systems administration of the billing system (Interconnect). The ideal candidate will demonstrate at least 6 to 10 years of technical billing systems experience in the telecommunications industry.
