Marketing Communications Specialist
The Marketing Communications Specialist will execute a variety of projects that support the marketing and sales functions including website content development, sales collateral development, ad copy, case study and whitepaper development, presentation and webinar development, demand generation campaigns, and other projects geared towards increasing the awareness of Marqui and the firm’s products and services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Create compelling content for: email campaigns, presentations/webinars, sales collateral, email campaigns, website copy, ad copy, whitepapers, case studies, articles, and press releases
• Promote and manage the marketing webinar program
• Coordinate marketing events such as trade shows and speaking engagements
• Liase with the public relations firm and coordinate public relations initiatives
• Be a go-to resource and “knowledge expert” on the needs of marketers
• Contribute to the Marqui blog, discussing topics related to marketing
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Exceptional written communication skills and experience writing B2B copy
• Good understanding of online marketing practices and trends
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• A creative mind and the ability to take direction
Credentials & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferrably with a concentration in marketing)
• Two to four years of general technology marketing with at least two years of marketing communications experience
• Demonstrable portfolio of written work
