Rubikloud is growing at a rapid rate and we are looking for an energetic, self-starting Office Manager to join our team!

You can be expected to:

  • Manage the day to day operations of the Rubikloud office and staff
  • Perform clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities
  • Oversight and maintenance of office supplies, administration, and management
  • Perform basic bookkeeping – accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, collections
  • Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
  • Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments including booking all travel
  • Help organize office events, activities, and social activities

To be awesome in your role, you should have/be:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills (English)
  • A Fast learner and natural problem solver
  • Demonstrated multi-tasking ability and effective organizational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Knowledge of administrative protocols and office procedures
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Prior experience with HR, payroll, and accounts functions is an asset
