The Online Customer Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing our Customer Acquisition team and oversee SEM/SEO, display/online advertising, paid social media, and affiliate marketing, to help increase user growth and online sales. The successful candidate will know and love “freemium” based business models and obsess over CPC, CPA, conversion rates, churn rates, ARPU, LTV, and hockey-stick growth curves.


Manage a growing team of digital marketers to execute marketing campaigns across all digital channels (SEM, social, display, SEO, etc.)
Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy to increase customer acquisitions and marketing qualified leads
Identify new acquisition initiatives and target new growth opportunities through market research, such as overall opportunity assessment and sizing, competitive analysis, and segment insights
Define campaign objectives and help determine acquisition marketing budgets
Manage reporting of KPIs and key metrics to ensure growth and revenue targets are achieved while maintaining a target CPA/CPL
Build and maintain relationships with strategic network partnerships and digital agencies
Work collaboratively with various departments to help execute on their acquisition strategies through digital marketing channels

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelors degree required or relevant work experience
3+ years experience in pay-per-click, search marketing, display marketing, and landing page optimization
2+ years experience in search engine optimization best practices & implementation
Google AdWords certified
Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills
Deep understanding of customer centric marketing
Exceptional team player with the ability to work cross functionally to achieve results
