Product Manager - Exinda Solutions Center

As the Product Manager – Exinda Solution Center, you will take the lead on defining and delivering innovative solutions to market that leverage and build on Exinda’s platform and technologies. Each component of the Solution Center will help our customers improve quality of experience for a business-critical networked application, such as Unified Communications, and ease its troubleshooting. You will communicate the product vision, business strategy and customer insights to the development team. You will be the voice that represents both the buyer and the user throughout the product development process, working closely with the development teams to deliver a high quality product that addresses real customer needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Own product positioning, requirements, evaluation, prototyping of Solution Center packs
  • Manage the entire Exinda Solution Center product-line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
  • Collaborate on defining the product vision and future product strategy
  • Collaborate on product portfolio, rationalization, pricing and positioning
  • Assessing the impact to customers for existing and/or future products – impacts product adoption and product margin
  • Onsite Interviews (10 per quarter) – impacts speed to market and increased product revenue by specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
  • Positioning to Buyer personas, to assist product marketing and lead generation
  • Gather and drive market requirements for product hardware back into technical product management and engineering
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships with OEMs and Manufacturers

Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Computer Science or Engineering degree or applicable work experience
  • MBA is a strong plus
  • 7+ years of product management experience
  • 3+ years of enterprise software product management experience
  • Experience with enterprise networking
  • Experience with Unified Communications and Collaboration products or service delivery
  • Experience with software solution design, pricing and GTM
  • Experience working with channel partners to develop and bring products to market
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams (without formal authority) to solve complex problems
  • Excellent business analysis skills
  • Previous success in making timely decisions using imperfect information
  • Ability to analyze and communicate market and technology requirements as well as product capabilities
  • Ability to negotiate, communicate and influence cross functionally and across projects/programs
  • Outstanding communications skills, both written and oral


  • Knowledge of the enterprise IT infrastructure (routing, switching, wide area networks, firewall, traffic management)
  • An understanding of the Network Management & Diagnostics Segment
  • An understanding of the Deep Packet Inspection Segment
  • An understanding of the WAN Optimization Segment
  • Experience within the Wide Area Network service provider market
