Position Overview
TP Systems Ltd. is a technology consulting firm, providing business solutions to both the private and public sector for over 30 years.

We are currently seeking a Program Manager Workstation Refresh for one of our well establish clients in Victoria, BC

Duties and Responsibilities
The Program Manager will provide senior project management and program management responsibilities for the 2-4 million dollar initiative to refresh of 1000 client users.

This refresh will also include an upgrade to Window Vista and the new Office suite of applications.

Program includes several phases including application testing, application remediation, packaging, procurement, and the physical refresh.

The Program Manager will liaise with intermediate and senior management in the client organization and will prepare and presents budgets, program plans and manage client expectations.

Skills and Experience
Required
Minimum 10 years experience as a Project Manager.

Minimum 2 years experience as a Program Manager.

Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.

Proven negotiation skills.

Desired:
Experience project/program managing a workstation refresh project.

Experience working with BC Provincial Government.

Education
Undergraduate degree and/or a professional designation in a technical/business/scientific field.

ITIL or PMP certification preferred.
