Mobify is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. You will bring your enthusiasm, desire to learn and experience with technology to support our Customer Success team. Our Customer Success team is responsible for the design, development and launch of mobile and tablet sites for our top-tier clients using our mobile optimization platform.
- Support Customer Success Managers, Producers and team leadership with day-to-day tasks
- Assist in the manual migration of Mobify's time tracking platform
- Additional project and administrative tasks include: taking meeting minutes, updating sales decks, managing customer requests and collecting time sheets
- Savvy technology user
- Are highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks (you have stories to share on technology projects you've coordinated!)
- Are a great communicator and have strong written skills
- Have previous service in a customer facing-role
- Have previous experience in a coordination capacity
