Project Manager side of the role will be expected to have the following:
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
• Solid knowledge of the principles and practices of project management
• Three to five years’ demonstrated experience managing projects with ability to successfully drive completion of business and technology deliverables to schedule and budget.
• Knowledge of Payroll and benefit systems
PREFERRED SKILL/EXPERIENCE
• Experience with managing implementations which include Peoplesoft modules
• PMP or equivalent certification or working towards certification
• Experience facilitating projects within a complex organization
• Good communication skills
• Excellent analytical, judgement, persuasion and consensus building abilities
• Ability to lead/manage project teams and empower team members
SCOPE OF WORK (2)MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
• 10+ years of PeopleSoft development experience working on HR/Payroll/Benefits
• Knowledge of Peoplesoft HCM v 8.8
• Demonstrated practical knowledge of Benefits Administration, Open Enrollment, and eBenefits
• Expert with all PeopleSoft technologies
– PeopleCode, PeopleTools, SQR, SQL, Oracle, Unix
• Understand concepts of user security and have some experience with user security definition for self service
• Experience with at least 1 implementation of a new PeopleSoft module
• Experience exchanging interface data with external providers
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Must be a team player
• Experience in to contributing to the overall design of a system
