Provisioning and Customer Care / Mediation Supervisor

Our client is a fast growing provider of wireless telecommunication services. We are seeking a Provision and Mediation Supervisor to join their team.

The Provision and Mediation Supervisor will be reporting to the Senior Manager of Billing / Applications. His/Her role will be to provide day to day leadership and supervision to provisioning / mediation specialist(s) and select/implement an effective CRM solution as well as lead the on-going support of the billing system. Candidates will have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of related telecommunications industry experience with extensive billing and provisioning systems support including at least 1 to 2 years in a team leadership role.
