QA Analyst

To further accelerate this rapid growth, we are in search of a talented and motivated QA Analyst to join our team!

You are relentless in your pursuit of perfection. You have methodically honed your craft over the last 5 years and your peers consider you to be one of the best QA Analysts in the field. You are process oriented and focused on continuous improvement of the standardized set of team processes and guidelines that define and push airG's best practice. You ensure process and quality objectives are met and you have developed strong technical expertise and competence in quality assurance. You will also play a key role in the management of QA activities.

You’re all about the details and are always thinking of ways to enhance, improve or otherwise make better what you've already done.

Requirements
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalency with a minimum of 5 years experience in software quality assurance
• 1+ years experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Demonstrated exceptional knowledge and understanding of quality assurance and software testing best practices
• Demonstrated exceptional ability to generate new ideas contributing to continuous quality improvement
• Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communicator
