We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a QA Tester to join our highly successful and growing Interactive Group. Responsibilities:
Develop test plans, test cases, test scenarios and test scripts to meet functional requirements.
Plan and execute tests for Internet applications and analyze the results.
Use commercial automated test tools and aid in the creation of custom automated test tools.
Document test results and communicate them to the team.
Prioritize many tasks in an agile, fast paced environment.
Use automated testing tools for defect tracking and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of QA testing experience in a web-based environment.
Post-secondary degree/diploma in computer science or equivalent.
Certification in software quality engineering or equivalent is an asset.
Experience with QA of PHP / Flash web application solutions preferred.
Internet development experience in Flash, PHP and JAVA is a definite asset.
Experience in executing tests and analyzing results.
Clear understanding of business requirements and test strategies as they apply to projects with a solid understanding of web development life cycle.
Expert knowledge and experience in tracking problems and defects.
Experience in writing test documentation.
