Nexopia is looking for an energetic Sales Manager with creative drive and a competitive spirit to provide our advertising clients with the highest level of service. As an Accounts Manager, you’ll be required to consult and analyze stakeholder’s needs in order to develop successful ad campaigns that will speak to a youthful audience. Other must haves include; cultural OCD, an authentic knowledge of our youth demographic and, most importantly, crazy ambition. You will report to the Director of Sales and get to work in the heart of a bustling metropolitan Edmonton.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with all clients and prospective clients through established customer service and sales standards.
• Administer all procedures related to advertising insertion orders and communicate objectives to the design team to develop, revise, and execute creative campaign strategies
• Act as the main client services contact on all issues including order maintenance, specs, scheduling and troubleshooting for specified accounts.
• Monitor campaign delivery – ensure campaigns are delivering on schedule
• Optimize revenue potential by proactively managing our relationships with ad agencies
• Organize and track progress by performing the administrative tasks required to ensure that campaigns are successfully completed profitably and on budget.
• Generate monthly revenue reports
• Other duties as required and/or assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
• A Bachelors degree or post secondary education
• 3 + years of sales related experience
• Dynamic, flexible, hard-working, and must be highly organized
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfortable in engaging communication on any level
• Excellent Project Management skills
• Ability to partner with diverse internal departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Finance, as well as external partners and clients
• An affinity to master software applications and the internet are essential
