Quartech Systems Ltd., one of British Columbia's leading consulting and information technology (IT) services firms, is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support a team of Account Managers in the Burnaby and Victoria offices.

Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with Account Managers to identify potential opportunities
• Conducting research on both current and potential customers
• Participating in all stages of proposal writing and preparation, managing of documents and coordinating efforts of key contributors.
• Managing CRM activities, creating proposed schedules and generating reports
• Assisting in creation of customer presentations, attending sales promotion and respondent meetings as required
• Preparing and managing sales and marketing materials ensuring consistent brand application and usage
• Generating weekly sales reports and attending sales meetings
• Building and maintaining consultant relationships through regular communication
• Assisting with candidate resourcing in support of proposal activities

The successful candidate will have:

• 3+ years of related experience in information technology, technical writing or document control
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and usage of Internet search procedures and database work
• Understanding of IT consulting services and Information Technology terminology
• Good research, writing and document control skills
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer orientation
• A positive outlook and collaborative style
• Experience with Microsoft CRM and proposal preparation preferred
• Experience with BC Bid is an asset.

This is a full-time permanent position in Burnaby, a short walk from Holdom Skytrain Station.
