Currently, we are a team of 25 people employed across its three offices – Edmonton (Canada), Sunnyvale (USA) and Jaipur (India).

Responsibilities
• Manage sales team towards meeting the sales objectives
• Formulate strategy, tactics, sales plans/practices/policies and targets
• Consistently monitoring the sales activity of the team, and tracking the results
• Hire, Train, and Manage team of Sales Reps
• Motivate Individuals and Team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives
• Work closely with Sales Reps to ensure Lead Quality/Quantity and proper follow-up
• Create Metrics for Monthly Qualified Lead Objectives
• Regularly report on Team/Individual Results - Lead Quantity, Quality, Revenue
• Reporting on sales activity and forecast to the company management
• Work closely with Marketing on defining Campaign follow-up and reporting
• Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, Productivity

Requirements
• Proven experience of successfully managing B2B sales team to achieve performance goals.
• Experience in software sales, preferably enterprise SaaS applications, with a consistent proven track record of over achievement of quota expectations.
• Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Experience nurturing opportunities and closing the business
• A self-starter with the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to diagnose prospect needs and build relationships through a consultative approach
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to hire and train new sales representatives
